Rich Media Project Manager
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Highly proficient flash designer/developer with at least two years experience developing flash ads specifically for online/interactive agencies. The ideal candidate is a flash guru who understands how agencies use rich media, and possesses the training/teaching experience and exceptional client focus that will result in well-trained and satisfied customers; project management skills are preferred. Knowledge of competitive products and media are assets. Post-graduate education in: Education, Business, Technology, Project Management Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills during live and remote learning environments Demonstrated exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in delivery of client services
The Project Manager is responsible for the development, marketing, delivery and evaluation of client and internal training programs for Rich Media Online Advertising products (ie Motif) in North America and support of EMEA and APAC training initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
-Develop and deliver live and webinar client and internal training sessions
-Live sessions include: product demonstration (selling features/benefits); implantation of Motif (rich-media product) into client ads
Provide subject-matter expertise to Courseware team for online training development
-Manage cross-function projects
-Contribute to internal and sales training program development and delivery
-Conduct program evaluations to monitor training effectiveness
-Manage pre- and post-training functions: needs assessment, registration, training confirmations, program debriefing, and client follow-up
-Extend North American materials and best practices to EMEA and APAC trainers
-Advocate employee development programs: Knowledge Share, GTS Horizons
