I agree that you had bad experience with some programmers in the past, but at the same time, you might have also met some good ones.
People from third world are doing great things...No wonder many companies are going to India. I know how much talent that country has. It would be wrong to assume that jobs are being outsourced only because labor is cheap there. They have talented software professionals who are smart and hardworking.
On the other hand, I am afraid if everything goes to other countries, what are we going to do here?
