I've had problem clients and I've had good clients. That is completely independent of this list.
Get everything in writing so that you can bring them to court when you don't get paid. I think making a list of "Don't work with X company" would be borderline libel, and potentially grounds for a lawsuit. And to make this a bit on-topic, I need a .NET developer for a project (Desktop, not web). ( Extra Bonus Points if you know Flex, AIR, WebORB, iText, or ColdFusion ).
