Immediately seeking full-time software engineers to join our small and growing consulting company. We are currently looking for Mid to Sr level Software Engineers with strong general programming and ColdFusion experience (ASP.NET experience is a plus!). However, our focus is on getting smart, motivated, and technically-oriented people on board, rather than the exact skills they already possess.
The position is in Arlington VA, and would be a STABLE, ON-SITE, FULL-TIME position with our company. No part-time contractors, no telecommuters, local applicants only. Must have prior authorization to work in the US. Please, no hiring agency responses. Salary is very competitive and dependent on experience and potential. *Required skills* 1) Strong ColdFusion development skills, with experience with CF 5 and CF MX 7 2) Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript skills. 3) Some experience with Photoshop, for converting designs made by a designer into "intelligent" markup, (not just utilizing Photoshop splicing tools). 4) Experience with Transact-SQL / Microsoft SQL Server 5) Authorization to work in the US required *Major Pluses* 1) Experience with CSS-based layouts.
