My company has a need for 3 mid to senior level CF developers. We work primarily for the DoD/JS/SOCOOM and JSOC, if you don't know what these are you aren't our person most likely.
What I'd like to see: A person with a history of combat arms and special operations (infantry, FO, MP, Special Forces, AF tactical party, SEAL and so on. What the company would like to see: Knowledge of CF 8, SVN, Eclipse (and everything that goes with it), SQL Server 2000/5. You need to have the ability to hit the ground running. This is an application that had been in production for almost 10 years. You need to have strong tracing and debugging skills.
