Hit reply, or don't.

This isn't for you in particular, but in general.

If you can't figure out how to send me a resume we aren't interested. If
you're English as a second language and come from a country that isn't one
of our allies, probably not interested, if you aren't a citizen, no
interest, if you are a company, we don't need you.

We need people. With a ton of real CF experience, that can walk into a
spaghetti mess and start working with the team. That will ask the IPs and
authentication info for SVN, SQL and CF/IIS not what those things are. We
need someone that understands that the United States is currently in the
middle of two ground wars and several brush fires around the world. That
what we are doing is in active use by ground forces around the world and is
urgent and important.

You will not do a lot of flex or Ajax here, because when you have a 19.9
connection to work things across you don't do fancy, you don't working.

There is no education plan right now, there are decent, but not great
benefits. The pay is on par.

I walked into this job after years as an infantryman and a contractor. I
took a pay cut to work here, and had no heartburn about it.

You will not find a better group of people to work with and for, you just
need to meet the very specific requirements.
