Does anyone on the list have experience with
clustering of CFLinux?
My webserver is taking a pounding and there is no
sign of it letting up. (this is a good thing!) (about 7.2 GB of transfer a
day)
I've ordered a new server to act as my db server,
and want to combine the forces of my other two boxes via a cisco localdirector
to act as the webservers.
I've already learned that I need to break down and
pay for the Enterpri$e version of CF.
Any feedback from anyone who has actually done
this? I got bit by being an early adopter of CFLinux, now things seem to
be pretty stable (knock wood)
At one time I heard mumblings about CFLinux not
behaving well on multiprocessor machines - is this still the case? or are there
now benefits to having more horsepower under the hood?
TIA for your findings!
