The Cisco LocalDirector is old and due for a retirement. There are plenty
of other solutions out there that work much better. Check out Foundry,
Alteon, and Arrowpoint which got bought by Cisco. The Arrowpoint stuff
should replace the LocalDirector.

Actually you don't need to buy the enterprise version if you plan on using a
hardware load balancer.

CFLinux works great on dual processor machines. I wouldn't suggest anything
else.

Does anyone on the list have experience with clustering of CFLinux?
My webserver is taking a pounding and there is no sign of it letting up. =
(this is a good thing!) (about 7.2 GB of transfer a day)
