Oops.. sent the message before I was finished typing.... as I was saying....

you can dissable the option server wide by changing the lines that probably
look similar to this:
<Directory />
Options All
</Directory>

 to:

<Directory />
Options None
</Directory>

You can also explicitly specify "Includes", "FollowSymLinks",  or "ExecCGI"
in this (or any other) Directory directive in the conf files.
