This works fine with cf 4.5 on rh 6.2, but I receive this error with cf 5.0.
Any one else running 5.0 on redhat 7.1 that receives this error or is it
just me.
Thanks
Rob

You can use the 'cfml' CGI program to accomplish this.
This skips the whole web server interface and talk directly to cfserver.
Find it in /opt/coldfusion/webserver/cgi.
Just pass the full pathname of the .cfm file you want to execute:
./cfml /path/to/template.cfm

Subject: .cfm and telnet
Hi all.
I am having trouble with CF scheduler.
Now I have an idea.
Wouldnt it be possible to run a .cfm through telnet on the HTTP port ? If
one can do this, one can put the CFM in a cron job, thus bypassing the CF
Scheduler.
Any idea how this can be done ?
I am working on it, but any input would be appreciated.
