ColdFusions creates a communication pathway only to the webserver.  When
sticking with native Unix sockets for /tmp/cfserver then the only way you
can get at it is being on the actual machine.  If you enable TCP
communication to the webserver then (according to the SP1 release notes)
it only binds to localhost.

As far as getting CF applications to show up only on specific IPs of your
machine, that's a matter of configuring the webserver to only bind to
those IPs -- not CF.
