I dont know about display current requests, but seems to be slow queries at 
your DB engine taking time to get back to CF display the query results, 
then your requests queue start increasing... (waiting the DB answer).

Keep your eyes peeled at your DB engine.
Theses times, it is probably 100% CPU.
