Errrmmm, no problem if site development time is the only problem. To be sure
I can quickly deploy (without getting my frisbee stuck on your roof:-) )
a cf content management system for you with cfboards on it as well if
Macromedia give me a few shillings for it,
for the little it would cost, and you can give permissions to other users if
you want them to add content as well  :-)
