The executive.log has a restart entry for almost every page request I am making so I imagine that the 111 error is being generated because the server is actually down at that point in time. In fact if I hit the main index.cfm page and then refresh it I get the 111 error as well so it appears as if the service is restarting with every request it gets > What database are you connecting to?
