i brought this up a few weeks ago in a thread called "path args not
working in CFMX?" if you want to check the archives.  basically the
answer was that for some unknown reason MM decided to stop supporting
this feature in the CGI spec.

maybe it was to piss off people that use Fusebox with search engine
friendly URLs?  who knows...
