Cached compiled CFM files are stored in \WEB-INF\cfclasses. You can either
delete them all, or figure out which one corresponds to your problem file
and just delete that one. Then, after you cycle the CF server, the CFM file
will be recompiled. Note that this doesn't affect web server caching, but
I've never encountered that with CFM files anyway.
