This is exactly what I wanted to hear. I've been intending to move over to
linux for at least a year now but have never quite had the time to learn
linux itself first. I have, however been developing all my apps with linux
in mind (to the best of my knowledge) for all this time so am looking
forward to getting things up and running. Just learning the basics of linux
at the moment, such as the file system, Apache, ftp, routing etc.

Hopefully, long gone are the days of having to battle against downtime on
windows servers for me :)
