You need to have apache 2.0.42 or better for updater 2, I believe.  RedHat
doesn't update the version numbers when they release updated RPMs, they just
incorporate code patches, which makes dealing with this problem very
difficult.  The good news is that manually compiling and updating apache is
a snap, and then you can run whatever version you want very easily.
