I would guess so, but I don't know if it's still available on the Macromedia
site. In the long term, though, you might want to upgrade Apache anyway -
you probably won't be able to apply later CFMX Upgraders if you don't.

The problem here, as I understand it, is that Apache 2 kept changing the
module API between 2.0.39, 2.0.40, and later versions. So, these Apache
changes will affect other modules you might be using, I suppose.
