Sometimes, we don't know enough to find the truly reasonable answer. I'd
recommend putting the Tomcat module first, since both it and the CF module
automatically handle JSP requests. I don't think the AddHandler line is
really necessary to get CF to handle those requests. On Windows with IIS,
for example, the analog to the Apache module is an ISAPI module, and it can
be used with or without those extension mappings.
