Is it just to that address? Have you examined the mail logs to see if the MTA is able to connect to the destination mail server?
I usually see this error when there is an attempt to send mail to an invalid email address. or the destination server is not accepting connections for whatever reason. ====================================== Stop spam on your domain, use our gateway!
