Have you checked your install log file? I'm not running 6.1 yet but the CFMX
install log is named Macromedia_ColdFusion_MX_InstallLog.log
First thing that pops into my mind is that it may be a permissions issue.
Did you specify the correct user account for apache on your system during
the cfmx install?
As for the truncating. I think it may be the lines containing multiple '='
in a row which is causing this. To test I'll add a similar line to this
email. You're last post may end up being truncated from the bottom of this
message.
