No.  I have managed to get both working but have now gone with 1.3.x for deployment...  There is no
Apache 2.0.x available on Red Hat Network but I understand from their support team here in the UK
that the next release of Red Hat Enterprise (version 3) is due very soon and ships with Apache
2.0.x...

(According to a White Paper from Macromedia, Apache 2.0.x is supposed to be faster)

Doesn't appear to be.  Just MySQL and SQL Server...  maybe you can add it?  Or just go with either
MySQL or SQL Server.

See my previous posts over the last two days regarding Red Hat Enterprise Server.  So long as you
download all the required RPMs, it works great! :)

Kind regards,

Matthew.
