that it likes to have about 30 processes running at any given time --
even thought the sites it hosts are not that busy (not even close).
Before I was running CFMX 6 on Red Hat 7.2 and it would occasionally
start up a slew of processes like that, but that was usually about the
time all sorts of things would start going south - so I got in the habit
of fixing it (and other things) with restarts.
I am about a month out for the CFMX 6/ RHEL 3 setup and it seems fairly
stable - but CFMX (professional) seems to gobble up memory over time.
This experience may of may not help, but at least you know there are
folks out there seeing something similar.
