Hi,
This is a response for question #3

#3 --- CFMX7 Administrator browse server...

A quick look at apache access log gives me

[myIP] - [18:35:47] "POST
/CFIDE/main/ide.cfm?CFSRV=IDE&ACTION=BrowseDir
HTTP/1.1" 404 4260

[myIP] - [18:36:03]
"3:STR:1:/STR:1:*STR:40:755D2F607D2E01E2532D642ACBB9EA0D8355F4C3"
501 -
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Curiouser and curiouser....

Here's what -I- see in my apache log:

my.ip.addr - - [17/May/2005:22:49:16 -0500] "POST
/CFIDE/main/ide.cfm?CFSRV=IDE&ACTION=BrowseDir HTTP/1.1" 200 385

I have my apache's DocumentRoot set to /home/http/www/
What's even MORE interesting is that there is no
/home/http/www/CFIDE/main/ directory, much less an ide.cfm to go in it.
I can't find an ide.cfm file -period- on the system.

What kind of dark magic is Macromedia conjuring up to serve a file that
isn't there? And moreover, why does it find it on MY webserver, but not
yours? (Difference between apache 1 and apache 2? - I doubt it, but
stranger things have happened)

*keanu* Strange things are afoot at the Circle K, Ted. -- Woah....
