Have they applied the latest JDBC 3.4 drivers from Macromedia? http://www.macromedia.com/go/1a3c2ad0 Also, I've heard/read numerous times that Microsoft's own JDBC drivers are far superior to the packaged DataDirect drivers, though we're an Oracle shop, so I don't have direct experience with this theory.
