I have a problem with a few files. According to CFMX7 the file isn't
there, but an ls -l from the command line says that it is there, with
644 permissions. I am running CFMX 7 in multi-server mode with 4
instances running, on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 3 AS server
running Apache2 and Oracle as the backend db.
Here is the dir listing for the file:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2778 Aug 11 20:08 index.cfm
And here is the error page I get

File not found: /facts/index.cfm
