Dear Terry,

Thank you very much for your reply.  I am pretty sure the page is only running
once - the debug confirms this as we see the first log entry id not the last.  

There are no cfhttp requests used.  If coldfusion was running the code multiple
times then it should happen to all pages as they are all essentially the same - 
called through fusebox - yet it only happens on 'index'.

The http.conf logging settings are also fine and again, it only happens on
'index'.  Def. no EAPI warnings.

Thanks - they are all good points but we are still in the dark on this one.
