I've had no problems with installing it onto Ubuntu; it's running as I type on a Breezy Badger server install on our twin Opteron box. 32-bit, only though - I did make an attempt to get it running on 64-bit, but life's too short and, even if I had got it running, I'm not at all sure I would have wanted anything that potentially flaky on a live server box. We're running it with Apache 1.3.34 built locally (we can't currently use Apache 2 for reasons unrelated to ColdFusion). I did have some issues with the automatic connector install on first start; I ended up running (and renaming) /opt/coldfusionmx7/bin/cfmx-connectors.sh manually. -- Regards, Pete Jordan Horus Web Engineering Ltd http://www.webhorus.net/ phone: +44 1275 543971 mobile: +44 7973 725120 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:14:4137 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/14 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:14 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.14 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
