hi all: ill be back from vacation next week, and id like to get the ball rolling on this discussion then. i havent read all the emails in complete detail, but it seems there is general agreement to use github? I understand there is interest in exploring if github could help us manage an evolving document. im not yet clear if we are at that stage.
there are 2 things i am interested in at the moment: 1. where do we have the discussion, the existing CF list, or github? 2. how do we track the state of the discussion? in a wiki on github or a document that is version managed by git, or ?? if someone has a clear idea of what would work, could they summarize? thanks, john
