Hi Roy - there may be other ways, but it does work if you just put the full URL of the issues in the other repo: cf-convention/discuss/issues/86 and https://github.com/cf-convention/discuss/issues/87 You can even leave out the "https://github.com/"; bit - it will render and link the same.
