The common way around this is to create a mapping in CF Admin. Will your host allow you to do this? If not, tell them why you need it and they may be sympathetic!
Ade -----Original Message----- From: Nick Sweeney [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 20 January 2005 16:58 To: CF-Newbie Subject: Dot Notation Exception I am having a problem with dot notation.... I need a tag to point to a directory using dot notation My ISP uses your domain name as your directory structure - E:\website.com\htdocs\ But when using dot notation - it tries to go "Into" the directory ".com" Example: // CFC mapping application.Constants.test_cfc = "Website.com.htdocs.cfc."; Is there an exception string in that type of instance?
