I should have added, if that works, turn it into the cf version, cfform. Try
that. If that works, add in the database code but without the cfinsert, use
cfquery. If that works, add in the cfinsert. Do this all in the test pages
until you get an error or it works. If it works, slowly put each bit over to
the old code comparing along the way. Before long you'll find the problem.

If the pages don't work, check you have permissions to write files, or
rather the cf user has them. Check cffile is enabled on the live server. In
fact, do that first as it might be the problem. I'm unsure what error you
get if it's disabled and you try to use it.
