Are you sure the right page is running?

You have two pages, form.cfm and action.cfm and form.cfm posts to
action.cfm? Put some text on these pages to make sure they're the right
ones. We all do it, try to debug the wrong page!

Tried #ExpandPath('.')# ... same problem, no sign of any uploaded file.
Also I can see no cfdump at all.
