My approach to this on a similar project was to just name/create a directory
after the project ID. (c://website/project/123) Then any images/files
associated to that project (or property) were in that directory. That way I
also had more control over where they were saving them and I could cross
reference any files on the server without having to use my custom ap. When I
wanted to reference the files - or do a file list - I just used cfdirectory.

Does that make sense?
