I have used Fetch (?) Exactly what part are you having trouble with?
As I recall it's something like you clock the file then click upload
(?)

I'll try to help if I understand what the question is. Is it that you
have never used an FTP client, or is it something about Fetch in
particular? Also, are these text files? Have you tried uploading
something that is not displaying?
