I am learning flash remoting with CF, and I had a guest book working great on my mac, but when I uploaded to the remote server there were problems. I will contact the host and tell them your suggestion. Is this cfc page hosted? If so you may have a series 500 error. I got these with my hosting company and the problem was that the cfc function was taking too long to process. I saw this specifically when I was uploading/downloading files via cold fusion and flash remoting. If this is the case you need to contact your hosting company and have them whitelist the cfc file so that it is allowed to take longer to process.
