HI Jim, They told me that I would not need the whitespace, as it is on the same server. It is not resolved, but they say that they would look into it.

Is this cfc page hosted? If so you may have a series 500 error. I got these with my hosting company and the problem was that the cfc function was taking too long to process. I saw this specifically when I was uploading/downloading files via cold fusion and flash remoting. If this is the case you need to contact your hosting company and have them whitelist the cfc file so that it is allowed to take longer to process.
