Hi Paul, Thanks so much for explaining this to me:) I heard back from the host, and it seemed like there was 800 mails in the spool, which was causing the problem. They said it was set to 15 seconds too. I am not sure what happened, but hopefully from now on I can use cfmail knowing the mails will be delivered with ease. I really like cfmail:) Thanks so much for all your help, John
