Hi all. There are two good Knowledge Base articles from Allaire that go
over set up of Advanced Security, security contexts, user directories, and
using sandbox security.
The first is at:

covers the setup of Advanced Security, including user directories and sec.
contexts.
The second, here:
http://www.allaire.com/Handlers/index.cfm?ID=7745&Method=Full covers using
security sandboxes to restrict access to high level CF functionality (more
applicable to what you are trying to do as an ISP).
