When the developers can install SQL Desktop addition on there own machines
and develop off of it.  That way the only thing you will need on the
development server would be Cold FUsion and IIS.  Just create the DSN's on
the Cold Fusion server to point to the database that the developer created
on there local box.   Once all is well script out the database and then use
SQL query Analyzer to create it on the production server.
