It is most definitely possible; that's how my machine is set up.
I have 64MB RAM, CFStudio 4.5.1, CFServer 4.5, Windows 98SE and PWS.
I don't remember having any problems getting it set up, other than
correcting the dumb mistakes I made while setting it up. :-) Mostly
it was just figuring out what needs to point where, like which
directory will be the web server directory, that kind of thing.
Once I got it running, I never had any problems with it. YMMV, of
course, but from what I know, it is possible and it works well.
Now getting Apache setup and running, that's another story.
I've very few hairs left after that experience. ;-)
Let us know if you have any more specific questions.
