How well would it work using Access 2000/MDE in a client-server environment,
like one would use SQL server? A couple years ago, we tested using Access
97 like this, with the database on a separate server and got dismal
performance.
If one is using MDE databases with ODBC connections, where does the SQL
engine run, on the client (as with Access 97) or on the server containing
the database?
