        Pretty simple actually. SO you have your FORM and an input of
type="FILE".. name="blah" etc...user hits browse and attachs a file.

        On the page that processes the file you call

                                        
<cffile
action="UPLOAD" mode="666" attributes="normal" 
filefield="blah" destination="c:\wherever" nameconflict="overwrite">

        And that's pretty much it.
