Studio comes with a single user server for developer use. As far as cheaper
than Allaire for server pricing, I'm not sure. I've never seen it elsewhere,
maybe CDW or someplace like that?

if you can get a better deal from Allaire then what they have listed on

Does a development license come with the server or do you have to purchase
another full version?
Would you suggest windows 2000 or windows nt to run cold fusion on? does it
