Hmm...what version of Cold Fusion Server are you running?  I have a feeling it
might be a problem with CF 4.5.1 SP1.  Our development machine is running CF
4.5.1 SP2 and running a simulated load-test on the application doesn't exhibit
the same results on our development SQL box.  I guess the next step is to try a
load test on the Production SQL box.
