You need CF 4.5 Service Pack 2. It fixes this issue. Could also be a
permissions problem.

I have come across a problem that only happens on my laptop. When I have a
cfmail tag in code I get the following error. If run the same code on my
server I do not get the error.
I have my mail server specified. And I am using the same data as I would
on the server.
