Hi Deb;
Sideminder and CF Services both running under the system account.
On the old machine the only difference is, that the checkbox interact with
desktop is set for the cf services. But this shouldn`t matter.

Do you have your ColdFusion and SiteMinder services running under the same
account information on both machines (ie. System vs. NT account)?
