You'd have to look at \CFUSION\BIN\CFSERVER.EXE, and see if it's been
changed. Ideally, you'd have another server which you knew had one or the
other, and you'd compare the file size and timestamp on this server against
that one.
On my CF 4.5.1 SP2 EE dev server, the original CFSERVER.EXE was 3,309,568
bytes, and the replacement is 3,313,664 bytes.
