you need to make sure the mapping is set in the IIS Admin tool.
Under your 'web site' choose properties --> home directory -->
configuration --> app mappings
make sure the map C:\CFUSION\bin\iscf.dll for .cfm exists.

Subject: RE: CF 4.5.1 SP2 Duplicate Hotfix
We have just tried to install CF under IIS/NT but are having
problems.
When we attach to a *.cfm file, what we see is the code of the file
(including CF tags). Any ideas as to what is going on here? When
we try to go to the Server Admin page, the browser offers to
download the file so clearly, *.cfm is not understoof to be a Cold
Fusion template.
